CRITICAL FRIENDS WORKSHOPS

This takes the internal product review process and adds a layer of insight from ‘critical friends’ – experts from the third sector who can help you to establish whether a product, service or customer experience is fit for purpose for certain customer groups.

How useful is your offer to, for example, an older person with less mobility, a household in debt or someone who is digitally excluded?

We gather a small number of subject matter experts from the third sector. Viewing your offer through the lens of someone affected by an identified vulnerability, they provide critique, offer first-hand insight on life for the customer and suggest realistic changes and improvements to the proposition and the ways in which it is communicated.

The workshop is attended by the people from the business responsible for managing, developing and marketing the product/ service, meaning that there is immediate business impact in terms of a group of people with new knowledge, specialist insight and realistic ideas for product development.

We gather a small number of subject matter experts from the third sector – and sometimes the people they support too.
