Having originally trained as a designer, I’ve learnt that the best creative processes can generate transformative outputs more quickly and that inclusive design thinking should be business as usual.
Over the last 20 years I’ve been at the heart of some of the most respected and category-breaking businesses, including Orange, Unilever, Star TV India and Travelex, working both agency and client side, helping organisations define and deliver new directions of travel.
As an associate to Three Hands my work is about pioneering, championing and delivering innovation through social insight. We define and facilitate positive and reciprocal programmes, engaging non-profit organisations to unearth opportunities for brands to connect in far more constructive and meaningfully ways, through their services, products, experiences, culture and communications.
It’s been exciting to apply this thinking to social insight programmes for Santander, Royal London and M&GPrudential.
