Sean Lewis


Sean joined Three Hands Insight as an Associate in 2019 and, as a designer and facilitator, was instrumental in helping us shape our approach to running our original social insight programmes.

Sean believes that bringing businesses and non-profit organisations together under common goals can improve society. With a background in design, he enjoys thinking creatively to facilitate positive and reciprocal programmes, enabling non-profit organisations to engage with businesses in a far more constructive and meaningful way. As part of his work with Three Hands Insight, Sean has found it exciting to apply this thinking to programmes for Santander, Royal London, M&G and Quilter.

More widely he has worked at the heart of some of the most respected and category-breaking businesses, including Orange, Unilever and Star TV India, working both agency and client side, helping organisations define and deliver new directions of travel.

His own direction of travel in spare time is often on the rugby pitch, going both forwards and backwards!
