Join us on November 23rd for a free webinar to hear real-life experiences from lived experts on what it’s like engaging with businesses as a ‘vulnerable’ customer.
What matters most to ‘Vulnerable Customers’ – insights from lived experts.
The Three Hands Lived Expert Research Community brings together over 200 people from across the UK with experience of a wide-range of different issues that life can throw at you – bereavement, dementia, neurodiversity, mental health and financial vulnerability to name just a few.
At this session, a number of our lived experts will share their own personal experiences – good and bad – of interacting with businesses in a range of sectors.
- We’ll explore examples in different areas such as customer service, product design and online customer experience across a range of sectors including retail, energy and finance.
- We’ll reflect on what these individual stories are telling us about how businesses can serve their ‘vulnerable customers’ well.
Join us for an interactive session that will give you fresh insights and a taster of the value that lived experience can bring to your organisation.
