We attended the Collaboration Network Financial Services Trust Seminar, a powerful session that echoed so much of what we hear from our community of Lived Experts…
• Unsurprisingly, trust starts with honesty. People are more likely to disclose
vulnerabilities and their impact when they feel safe and respected, and that begins with transparency. Clear communication, upfront information (such as, showing and comparing rates in financial products), and simple customer journeys make a big difference.
• Getting it right matters, but acknowledging mistakes matters too. When things go wrong, saying sorry and putting it right builds credibility and trust.
• Ultimately, trust is about dependability. Customers need to know you’ll be there when it counts.
Thanks to everyone at the Collaboration Network for sharing insights on such an important topic.
