We won Collaboration Network’s Vulnerability Award!

We get to see the amazing value of bringing the voice of Lived Experts into businesses and the positive impact it makes.

It was fantastic to have this recognised externally yesterday when we won a second award with NatWest Group for their Inclusive Design Panel.

Thank you to Collaboration Network for the great event and for the judges having to choose between the different projects.

But our biggest thanks goes to all of the Lived Experts we work with who bring this project to life.

The latest season of the Money Advice Trust's Vulnerability Matters podcast has started. Listen to episodes hosted by Michael from Three Hands as he chats to some of our wonderful Lived Experts.

We are proud to have contributed to a new report by Fair4All Finance and PwC, exploring the experiences of disabled customers, and setting out key areas for action to deliver fairer, more consistent outcomes.

Three Hands and The England Illegal Money Lending team explored the experiences of Lived Experts who have borrowed from Illegal Money lenders, and not reported them.

Our 2025 Impact Report offers a snapshot of the projects we delivered, and the outcomes that came from listening to customers 'on the margins'.
