Three Hands Insight is a small, purpose-driven insight agency committed to creating business value and social value, hand in hand.
To do that, we bring together businesses, charities, and people with lived experience, giving a voice to those who aren’t often present in these important conversations. Experts from charities, and people with lived experience of challenging circumstances, speak directly with people from some of the UK’s biggest businesses.
As a charity, you can be directly involved in our work! We often invite charity experts to sessions we run with businesses to provide context and share expertise on topics relevant to the organisation – from financial difficulty and digital exclusion, to disability and mental health challenges, and many others in between.

Our Lived Experts Research Community is made up over 450 people with first-hand experience of difficult life circumstances, such as disability, low income, bereavement, unpaid caring, and physical or mental health challenges.
Whether sharing general life experiences or giving feedback on specific products and services, every session is an opportunity for real people to be part of the conversation in shaping a more inclusive and accessible world.
